ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

  • New admissions are made only to Nursery and K.G-J. Admissions to other classes, if any, will depend on the availability of seats and on the competence of the student.
  • Transfer certificate and good conduct certificate must be produced by all those who have previously attended any school.
  • The minimum age for admission to Nursery is 3 years and above, and to KG-1 is 4 years and above.
  • A pupil who joins fresh has to produce an official birth certificate along with a photocopy of the same duly attested by a gazetted officer in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
  • Parents/Guardians are asked to fill the Admission Form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted. The date of birth once registered will not be altered.
  • New students must be introduced personally to the Principal/ Headmistress by their parents/guardians who will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and fees.
  • A month's notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from the school.
  • Transfer certificate (TC) will be issued when all dues have been paid in full, and on receipt of a written application from the parents/guardians in the prescribed application form for transfer certificate mentioning the name, class, section, roll number, and admission number etc.
  • The school authorities reserve the right to compel parents to withdraw their children if their progress in studies is not satisfactory or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to other students and if their fees are not paid in time.
